RMF Tank Services
RMF Tank Services is a full-service construction company that specializes in the engineering, fabrication, and field erection of plate steel structures.
Company Overview
RMF Tank Services has experience with all grades of carbon steel, stainless steel, clad and nickel alloy materials, and their typical projects include API and AWWA tanks, scrubbers, ducting, silos, bins, clarifiers, thickeners, stacks, vessels, towers, and other steel plate structures. Additionally, RMF has in-house professional engineering and structural design capabilities.
RMF Tank Services is one of two companies in our industrial group focused on storage tanks & boilers, but the core of their business is field construction.
Since the company’s inception in 1978, RMF has prioritized safety, quality, integrity, and innovation, which has allowed them to grow from a small operation in Salt Lake City, UT to one of the largest and most respected field erection specialists in the United States. Today, their projects have spread from Florida to Guam and from the North Slope of Alaska to McMurdo Station in Antarctica.
RMF has performed numerous turnkey projects consisting of up to 250 people on site, and they bring years of experience and technical skills.
Each of their projects has a project manager who is supported by all departments, from engineering to procurement to logistics, ensuring all customers have a single point of contact for any needs or concerns that may arise.
RMF’s steadfast dedication to safety, quality, integrity, and innovation has given them a reputation for completing projects safely, to the highest quality, on time, and on budget, which we at Calibre Industrial Group, and our customers, have come to trust.
From simple patches to secondary bottoms and bottom replacements, and from seal replacements to cut down and re-erect tanks, there isn’t anything in the way of RMF completing plate steel maintenance, and they routinely perform tank maintenance for many of the leading industrial companies in the nation in addition to their erection of new structures and tank systems.
RMF is ASME Div. 1 and Div. 2 certified, and they also have trained API-653 certified inspectors on staff to help ensure all facets of maintenance are done properly.
